Mango & Coconut Bliss Balls
Let’s talk about SNACKS and healthy eating habits.
Some people associate snacks with weight gain, don’t fall into this mindset!
Eating healthy snacks between meals assists in feeling fuller for longer and avoids overeating at meal times because you are so hungry by the time you get to eat.
Snacking gives you opportunities throughout the day to consume vitamins and minerals through food and reach your recommended daily intakes of nutrients, which will assist in maintaining your energy levels.
These bliss balls take 10 minutes total (prep+cooking time). Take 10 minutes out of your day to prep these babies for your week!
They are also a fun and healthy option for your kids.
