Okay this smoothie is seriously refreshing and tastes exactly like a mint slice!
1 1/2 tbsp Cacao powder
2 frozen bananas
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 handful ice cubes
A sprinkle of coconut flakes (for garnish - optional).
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender except the coconut flakes. Blend until a smooth consistency is formed
Add to a glass
Garnish with coconut flakes to serve
